Let’s reset your health in 8 weeks with a bio-individualized nutrition plan. I will take into account all aspects of your life to make your health goals achievable and get you on track to optimal fitness! Here are the steps:
Evaluate your current habits/ lifestyle / explore what things have not worked
Teach you the latest health science and implement 4-5 new strategies to optimize your health towards your goals (weight loss, gaining muscle, toning, more energized, mental health, etc)
Daily support and accountability to put our plan in motion + weekly video calls - text me questions throughout the day with unlimited access to me to help make healthy living easy in the moment!
