I am a trianed nutritionist, certified health coach, and yoga teacher with bachelor's degrees in nutrition and psychology. I have worked in the health field for the past five years helping clients not only get physically fit and improve their health bio-markers (such as blood pressure, cholesterol levels, etc) but also gain confidence, improve energy levels, and implement the habits it takes to truly be healthy both mentally and physically.

    I studied the human body and food's impact on our daily lives and functioning for four years at William and Mary.

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology

    Psychology gives insight into behavior change and modification needed for long-lasting health.

  • Certified Health Coach

    I am a certified health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and am continuing my education at Duke University. Health coaches help clients create goals and achieve them through accountability and support.

  • 200hr Yoga Teacher

    A registered yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance and graduate of the Shanti Guarudasna Yoga School.

I personally don’t think health stops at what foods you eat or whether or not you pass your yearly health exam. It’s a combination of what fuels you on and off your plate. When working to improve your well-being and life, it requires attention to many areas such as nutrition, career, mental health, and relationships. All these factors intertwine to make you who you are and change how you view the world. If just one is out of alignment it can cause stress in other areas. I want to help you as you work to keep yourself a high priority in life to make sure you are being as lively as can be. After all - lettuce be lively!
