Yoga Book Club

Join us for a calming yoga flow designed to help you connect with your thoughts and inner self followed by a thought-provoking book discussion. Whether you've read "The Untethered Soul" or are just curious, everyone is welcome.

Share a "safe space" with individuals who are also on a journey of personal growth and self-discovery. Together, we'll explore profound insights such as, "You are not your thoughts; you are the observer of your thoughts," and explore how these can be applied in daily life to detach from negative patterns and embrace a more serene and liberated way of living. 

Unwind, learn, and grow, elevating your practice to new heights! 

"The Untethered Soul" by Michael A. Singer is a book that explores the nature of self and consciousness. It provides insights on how to free oneself from habitual thoughts, emotions, and energy patterns to live a more liberated and fulfilling life. The book emphasizes the importance of being mindful and aware, suggesting that true peace and freedom come from understanding that one is not the thoughts and emotions they experience, but rather the observer of these experiences.

Deep Recovery

and Reflection

Yoga Retreat in SPAIN

Escape to the serene hills of Southern Spain for a restorative yoga retreat, where deep relaxation and self-reflection await you. Immerse yourself in daily yoga practices designed to rejuvenate your body and soul amidst breathtaking landscapes. Experience the perfect blend of mindfulness and tranquility as you explore yoga flows, guided meditations, and reflective thinking/journaling. Unwind, reconnect, and discover your inner peace in this idyllic haven.

Meditation, pranayama, and yoga flow will be offered in the morning to welcome the day and a restorative yoga practice in the late afternoon to turn inwards as the sun begins to set. We will also have a book study/conversation (you do not have to read the book if you would prefer just to listen to the discussion).

Activities include enjoying rest at the Finca, massage, hiking, or a visit to the nearby pueblo blanco (white village) of Gaucin. Immerse your senses in delicious local cuisine and beautiful surroundings. Your mind, body, and soul will feel incredibly nourished and restored.

Located outside the village of Gaucin, the quietest of the white villages in the hill country of the Malaga region, the villa has 7 ensuite bedrooms, an infinity pool, terraces and gardens. We will have a housekeeper and gourmet caterer.  Seville, Cordoba, and Granada are all about two and a half hours away, Gibraltar and the ferry to Morocco are also nearby. The area is rich with Roman, Moorish, and European influences upon the architecture, cuisine, and culture.

Fly in a week or so in advance, explore the region, and then finish up your trip decompressing with us.

 The price per person is $2,100 for 5 nights, 3 gourmet meals daily, yoga, and meditation. Massage is available at an extra charge. Transportation is not included. Two single rooms are available at an $800 supplement. Come with your loved one and share a luxury king, or come with your friend or on your own, and share a room with 2 beds.
