If you are local or just passing through Charlottesville, stop by for an in-person class at NOW Yoga! I teach both studio classes and private sessions there and would love to see you in class!
Monday nights at 5:45 pm, I teach a gentle yoga class that focuses on meditation and easy movement for a relaxing start to the work week!
Privates or Small Group
Interested in diving deeper into your practice or looking to get back into yoga slowly before stepping into group classes? Privates are the perfect way to get a more personalized practice! We can do this in-studio, in-home in Charlottesville, or on Zoom!
