Let’s reset your health in 4 weeks with a bio-individualized nutrition plan. I will take into account all aspects of your life to make your health goals achievable and get you on track to optimal fitness! Here are the steps:

  1. Evaluate your current habits/ lifestyle / explore what things have not worked

  2. Teach you the latest health science and implement 4-5 new strategies to optimize your health towards your goals (weight loss, gaining muscle, toning, more energized, mental health, etc)

  3. Daily support and accountability to put our plan in motion + weekly video calls - text me questions throughout the day with unlimited access to me to help make healthy living easy in the moment!

Single Deep Dive Session

Do you need just a bit of help and guidance about where to turn next for your health goals? Want to dip your toe in and see what we can do in just one session to transform your health before committing to 4 weeks? A deep dive session may be just the thing you need!

In this session, we will examine all your current health habits and goals to evaluate where you can make small improvements and tweaks to get you moving in the right direction! This session can focus on nutrition, fitness, mental health, career, or any area that you feel like you need the most guidance in to begin your health journey! We will talk for an hour or so to get a good game plan in place, and then I will email you with resources and your personalized health plan to help you along your health journey!
