🌟 Ingredients:
- 1 lb beef stew meat
- 4 cups beef bone broth
- 2 packs ramen noodles (I use brown rice noodles for GF option)
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 cup chopped cabbage (or bokchoy)
- 1 carrot (julienned)
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 1 tsp ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp chili paste (adjust to taste)
- Green onions, red onion, fried onion, or sesame seeds for garnish

🔥 **Instructions:**
1. Set your Instant Pot to sauté mode. Add sesame oil, ginger, and garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
2. Add stew meat and brown them. Remove and set aside.
3. Pour in beef broth, soy sauce, and chili paste. Give it a quick mix.
4. Cancel sauté mode. Add mushrooms, bok choy, and carrots. Layer beef slices on top.
5. Close the lid, set to manual high pressure for 10 minutes. (Option to cook meat from frozen - leave out vegetables and cook on high for 25 minutes then add in veggies after you quick release to cook in residual heat with the noodles)
6. Once done, quick-release pressure. Open the lid and add ramen noodles. Let them cook in the residual heat.
7. Serve the flavorful ramen in bowls, topped with green onions, red onion, fried onions, or sesame seeds.
