52 SNACK IDEAS FOR A NEW SNACK EVERY WEEK OF THE YEAR

I am a snacky kinda gal and love making snacks to have with friends. From charcuterie boards (check out my post on that here) to quick-on-the-go grabs, snacks are an everyday part of my diet! They can really help get in all the nutrients of a well-rounded diet whether you need a little protein boost or some hidden veggies.

If you are on the hunt for some new snack ideas, this post is for you! You can find low-carb ideas, high protein snacks, and snacks that are for any occasion. This is a great list to save for later or to reference while grocery shopping to keep things spicy and interesting in your healthy diet. Try having a new snack each week to give you something to look forward to and mix things up!

LOW CARB SNACKS:

  1. Hard-Boiled Eggs

  2. Carrots and Celery with Dairy-free cream cheese

  3. Handful of Nuts: cashews, almonds, and macadamia nuts are my favorite

  4. Broccoli and Dairy Free Primal Kitchen Ranch

  5. Edamame with Salt

  6. Baked Kale Chips with Ollie oil and salt

  7. Carrots with Hummus

  8. Bell Peppers with Hummus

  9. Pickles

  10. Raspberries and Lilies Dark Chocolate (perfect sweet combo) 

  11. Buffalo Chicken Stuffed Celery (recipe here on Pinterest) 

  12. Avocado Boat: half an avocado with salad dressing in the spot the pit was!

HIGH PROTEIN SNACKS:

  1. Arbonne Protein Shake (chocolate or vanilla) 

  2. Evolve Protein Shake (mocha or chocolate)

  3. OWYN Protein shake (Cookies and Cream) 

  4. Super Coffee (Mocha or vanilla) **contains dairy

  5. Perfect Bars (Peanut Butter chocolate chip)

  6. One bar (birthday cake) ** contain dairy

  7. Quest bar (birthday cake and cookies n’ cream)

  8. Deviled Eggs

  9. Beef Jerky 

  10. Pepperoni Chips (place pepperoni on a plate and microwave till crispy)

  11. Rotisserie Chicken with Mayo

  12. Homemade protein shakes (find my favorite recipes here) 

  13. Turkey Roll-Ups: turkey, lettuce, and mayo (add cheese if wanted)

  11. Half a Trader Joes gluten-free Everything Bagel with dairy-free Cream Cheese

RANDOM FINDS:

  1. Stovetop popcorn made with ghee and salt

  2. Homemade chocolate fondue: melt chocolate chips and almond milk, stir, serve with fresh fruit

  3. Banana and Nut Butter (almond, cashew, or peanut) 

  4. Apple, chocolate chips, and Nut butter

  5. Dates and Cashews

  6. Raw Banana Nice Cream

  7. Bell peppers with hummus

  8. Gluten-Free Pretzels and Humus

  9. Bell Peppers with dairy-free cream cheese and everything but the bagel seasoning

  10. Frozen Grapes

  11. Strawberry Yogurt Bark (found on Pinterest!)

  12. Mandarins Orange dipped in Chocolate and Sea Salt

  13. Fresh cucumber Salad: cucumber, onion, tomato, and Italian dressing

  14. Cucumber sandwiches: Two slices of cucumber with meat and other sandwich ingredients in the middle
